Strahlende Zukunft: in Deutschland rund 14.200 WLAN-Hotspots

Deutschland liegt immer noch im Hintertreffen, andere Nationen haben mehr Hotspots:

Auf 100.000 Einwohner kommen hierzulande 17 Hotspots. In der Schweiz sind es 53, in Großbritannien 48 und in Schweden 38.

Das ist die Aussage einer Pressemeldung von bitkom, des Bundesverbands Informationswirtschaft Telekommunikation und neue Medien, die ich bei der Stiftung Digitale Chancen zitiert fand. Nett, dass die einen Sicherheitshinweis geben und hier bloss die Verschlüsselung erwähnen, damit man nicht für illegale Downloads haftbar gemacht werde. Die Strahlung, der Abstand zu den Hotspots, ist keine Erwähnung wert.
