We've all worked with them at one time or another: people who are disruptive,
abusive or otherwise demeaning or mean-spirited. The question is: How should you
deal with them?

It seems after the last few conferences I've attended that this is a deep topic to get our colleagues going over coffee or in a session. I'll look forward to the book but I won't share some of the stories here. There are some horrors out there though! I wonder how these folks get so empowered?
