On Thursday, at the crack of dawn, I'll be heading out to Cornell for the weekend, to attend the Conference on Empirical Legal Studies, where I hope to hear several interesting panels, and to present a paper based a forthcoming book I'm working on with Malcolm Feeley, Where Have All the Women Gone?
