: Legal Pad | LACarson City bans sex offenders sharing a home
By Jason Siegel
The Carson City Council banned sex offenders from sharing a home on Tuesday, CBS 2 reported (here).
The passage of Jessica's Law prompted parole officers to cluster sex offenders in residences, CBS 2 reported. The voter-approved, California law says that all sex offenders can only live in homes that are at least 2,000 feet from a school or park.
