By John Wesley Hall, Jr.

ADVERTISEMENTS
Officers investigating a shooting in a house could seize all the guns they found in the house. Welsch v. Twp. of Upper Darby, 2008 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 65287 (E.D. Pa. August 26, 2008).* Defendant's arrest for loitering and trespassing were supported by the record, and the search of his waistband that produced crack was justified because he was reaching there rather than show his hands. State v. Mounds, 2008 Conn. App. LEXIS 416 (August 26, 2008).* Hotel in a known drug area wanted a tenant out, and the police came and entered her room without justification, and that justified suppression. Exigent circumstances [hardly] applies. State v. Keith, 2008 Ohio 4326, 2008 Ohio App. LEXIS 3635 (2d Dist. August 22, 2008).*
