On November 8th the Supreme Court is due to hear oral arguments in the case Gonzales v. Carhart.    In this case the Court will consider the constitutionality of the federal law (2003) prohibiting the practice known as partial birth abortion.  The last Supreme Court decision touching upon this practice, Stenberg v.
