Virginia Governor Tim Kaine is assembling a meeting to figure out who becomes Governor in case he's nominated Obama's VP.
[E]ither Obama will choose Kaine, or Kaine was given the impression that he would be chosen.

Wow. That is pretty big. If Obama is trying to throw people off the scent, he's doing a great job. Even Tim Kaine is falling for it.
