Taking a play from the Rambo III playbook

McCain has released a new video trumping his head-to-head poll numbers with the Democrats and highlighting their general anxiety in facing him in the general election.

In the spot, the sound bites of "John McCain" are lifted from the most recent Democratic debate - it would be interesting, perhaps novel, to be able to say that the winner of the South Carolina debate was a member of the opposing party who has yet to secure his own nomination.

Also worth noting: the tagline, "The Democrats' worst nightmare" is made all the more funny because the man that popularized that line has recently endorsed the Arizona Senator.

I'm going to look past the timing of this endorsement, and assume that it wasn't an elaborate attempt to plug his new movie ... which just so happens to be released today, January 25th.
