Duane Morris add two partners to their SoCal offices

Szejames Philadelphia-based Duane Morris promoted James Sze and J. Robert Renner to partner at the San Diego and Los Angeles offices, respectively.

Sze joins the firm's San Diego office to use intellectual property law to promote business growth, specifically for high-tech industries. His practice also includes patent portfolio management, identifying technology for IP protection, auditing in-house intellectual property management practices and patent prosecution/litigation, particularly in electrical and computer-related patents.

Sze was a Qualcomm engineer before entering law school.

Renner_jrobert Renner, a commercial, copyright and insurance litigator, joins the firm's Los Angeles office after serving as deputy attorney general for the California Department of Justice. He's represented clients in the entertainment industry.
