: Legal Pad | LAL.A. attorney, caught in FBI sex-crime sting, pleads not guilty

Los Angeles attorney David A. Cohn plead not guilty to five charges - including allegedly contacting a minor with the intent to commit a sexual offense - after exchanging online messages with an FBI agent he believed was a 13-year-old girl, CBS 2 reported.
Cohn, an attorney at West Hollywood firm Kesluk & Silverstein, was arrested at his home on July 15, booked into Van Nuys jail and released after posting $190,000 bail.
He'll return to court on Oct. 14 for a hearing to determine if there's enough evidence to take him to trial, CBS 2 reported.
