Philip Brooks at Patent Infringement Updates alerts us to a webinar by World Research Group to take place online from noon to 1:15 P.M. (Eastern Standard Time) on January 24, 2008 regarding the implications of the Supreme Court's landmark patent law decision in the KSR case (see also Leapfrog), which set a new standard for determining obviousness. Registration is required for the webinar, which has the following agenda:
