Per RSA 91-A(4) Can you please provide me with any documentation you have that may indicate whether you experienced any outages or problems with service during the period of 1 May 2007 - 15 May 2007?

I know for fact that Norman Bruce McKay was incommunicado with dispatch for nearly 7 minutes before he rammed Liko Kenney's car and OC Sprayed him, in clear cut violation of the principles set forth in the Franconia Policies. Attachment 1.

I also know other LE may substantiate that there's never been a history of problems with reception in the area, and I also know that the Department of Safety, AG Kelly Ayotte and the Town of Franconia have no responsive documents to indicate that there were any mechanical problems with Corporal McKay's equipment on 5/11. Obviously he had no mechanical problems with his nearly 3-ton Tahoe, is that a 5.7l Corvette engine he had in that thing, or was it "just" the 300/320hp 5.3l similar to the 2007 model?
