UCLA School of Law got a $1.5 million commitment to create the Pete Kameron Endowed Chair in Public Interest Law.
The position involves teaching and writing about the interplay of contracts, consumer rights, class action suits, the economy and/or public interest law.
It's funded by The Shapiro Family Charitable Foundation.
