KingCast closes an evidentiary loop in the Franconia shootings with a new RSA 91-A/FOIA request to NH AG Kelly Ayotte.

ADVERTISEMENTS
Dear Attorneys Ayotte and Strelzin:

You may recall the previous time I had to file an ethics complaint to obtain all of the witness statements on audio.

It did occur to me that I need to close an important loop. As such:

Please provide me with a copy of any and all notes, memoranda and correspondence that identifies any and all witnesses or potential witnesses to the 5/11 shootings, whether you recorded the statements or not.

Also, pursuant to Rules 35 and 36, provide the names and last known addresses of any persons of whom you are aware that witnessed the 5/11 shootings. Provide any and all documents that identify such persons if they exist. Should you attempt to decline to answer I will notify the Court, and given Gregory W. Floyd's shenanigans before His Honor I think he will agree that you must respond in substantive manner.
You have five (5) days in which to respond.
