Renewable energy company Open Energy Corporation named Dalton Sprinkle as general counsel and corporate secretary.
Sprinkle was on the Solano Beach-based solar technology company's board. He was previously president and CEO of a San Diego-based international dental services company and special counsel at Sheppard Mullin.
