: Chris King's 1st Amendment PageABC news and 20/20 delete legitimate and accurate forum comments on Franconia shooting tragedy, as if they were on the take from NH AG Kelly Ayotte.
By Christopher King

Remember in this crucial post how I noted the other day that ABC News and 20/20 were deleting my comments?Well it ain't just me, folks. Someone else from the Franconia Collective wrote a thoughtful peace that echoes much of what has been clearly proved and discussed in the blawg and of course in the State's own materials and they cut the post. Read the deleted post as the first comment to this post. As you can see, the comment accurately reflected the fact that Gregory W. Floyd's first comment (p. 844) to Kelly Ayotte's "investigators" was that he did not say a word to Liko Kenney before he started shooting. Caleb Macualay confirmed this. Read it all, with links to all of NH AG Kelly Ayotte's lies about Gregory W. Floyd right here.

abc news has removed my comment post on the details of Floyd's own statement and his 3 different versions of how he came to shoot Liko. This is exactly what they did to my posts after the statements were released before.... [last year].

There is no real Free Speech in America if it is dependent on any corporate network, especially when it comes to a police situation that they want kept under wraps. It's basically like they've made a pact with Satan. All we can do is make a special section about ABC News in the U.S. House Report in early fall and hope and pray the some legislator with integrity will pay attention and call for a real investigation. I will include all of my emails to Producer Andrew Paperella to prove that they had actual knowledge of the things that they left out. At least it will become a matter of Congressional Record. But first comes the town petition to have the ATF and U.S. Attorneys to indict Gregory W. Floyd for 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) violations.
BTW my girlfriend and I have been scheduled to watch "The First Amendment Project" movie that's been sitting on the dresser for more than a week now but why bother. It's all going on right here anyway.
PS: A local LE just reminded me that Floyd was not supposed to have any firearms pursuant not only to 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) but also pursuant to his Court Order of Good Behavior for 10 years, which he of course violated in many ways. Now he's out bragging to neighbors at yard sales about killing Liko Kenney and claiming he's going to leave the area. But he can't go anywhere. He's under bail movement restrictions and his threat to do so should land him right back on a $20K cash bail or even under revocation.
I am writing to DA Ricardo St. Hilaire right now.
