CA Bar Prep - Day 52

By Athar Khan

ADVERTISEMENTS

Stumbled through Community Property and Wills. Still have to go over Trusts, some Evidence rules that wont stick (and all of CA Evidence and Civil Procedure.)

About two months ago, I thought that 60 days was a lot of time and that the human brain had the capacity to memorize the phone book in that much time. Apparently not this human brain — its an old 386 CPU because 52 days into this, it seems like I am barely scratching the surface and can’t recite rules reflexively as I should have been able to.

With about two weeks to go… I’ll have to narrow my focus on things I set aside for later and some of the more important concepts.

No essays or MBEs today. Trying to sleep (and wake up) at a earlier to be ready for the day of the exam.
