Rodriguez-Rivera v. Federico Trilla Regional Hospital of Carolina, No. 07-1565 affirms a grant of summary judgment in a medical malpractice case. However, none of the legal issues have to do with medical malpractice. Instead, it comes down to an asset purchase agreement.
The First says that the APA was clear, and therefore the wrong party was sued, and additional discovery wouldn?t have helped, as the document speaks for itself.
