More on Obama's Credibility Gap

Slate has a good running tab of the shifts, clarifications, flip-flops, and broken promises of the Obama campaign.

In addition to the topics I've discussed, they mention FISA, Social Security reform, and Welfare Reform.

I understand the rationale of wanting hope and change. I understand the rationale of disliking McCain's policies, and knowing that Obama's will be better regardless of what they end up being.

But I'd ask any true blue Obama supporter to explain why the Senator's incoherent positions on issues merits any enthusiasm.

Don't compare him to McCain, don't slam Bush or say we need real change. Tell us why you're excited about Obama's policy positions.
