Bridget Crawford at Feminist Law Professors reminds us that the New Law professors Workshop is upon us and that attendees will be directed to the Teaching Materials Network, an electronic list of law professors who have volunteered teaching materials by course and textbook upon request.  I scanned the list and noticed a paucity of corporate law volunteers (shout outs to Theresa Gabaldon and Peter Henning!), so I signed up to be helpful for the courses that I teach.  I have been a great net recipient of syllabi and notes from those I have swallowed my pride to ask for such, so I thought it only right that I let my name be passed around as well.  I hope that other fellow business law professors will volunteer, so we won't be shown up so easily by the criminal law and legal writing folks!
