: Expressio UniusMore Consequences of Opting Out
ADVERTISEMENTS
The benefits of opting out of the FEC's campaign finance system are so numerous -- being able to raise unlimited funds, donate cash to down-ticket campaigns that can float your message, compete in states that otherwise wouldn't be in play, etc. -- that the negative consequences of opting out should also be pointed out.I did that here.
