Many lawyers and jurists are got married yesterday - the first day that same-sex couples were able to marry in California, The Recorder reported.
Among them was Jennifer Pizer, the senior counsel in the Los Angeles office of Lambda Legal Defense and Education fund who won the In re: Marriages case, and her longtime partner Doreena Wong, a public interest attorney.
Two Lambda Legal staff attorneys, Tara Borelli and Brian chase, are also planning to marry their significant others.
