: Structured Settlements 4RealAviva Life AmerUs Merger Now to Be Concluded in The Fall

Aviva Structured Settlements announced today that the US entity consolidation between Aviva Life Insurance Company and AmerUS to form Aviva Life and Annuity Company, originally scheduled for this summer, is now scheduled for this Fall.
Aviva expects the consolidation to bring more marketing opportunities due to an increased A.M. Best class size and S&P rating improvement.
