Regardless of how you feel about politics, or regardless of how you feel about the handling of the Franconia shooting tragedy (same thing, duh), you need to recognize the issues raised in Attorney Burbank's email of 12 June 2008, which is presented in its entirety in the comments section. You might also want to run "Attorney X" or "Res Ipsa One" on this blawg to find out more about Republican NH AG Kelly Ayotte lying to Attorney Burbank about the Franconia shooting tragedy involving Liko Kenney, Bruce McKay and 3-time felon Gregory W. Floyd.
