KingCast tells Littleton NH selectmen lawsuit Plaintiffs to use Right-to-Know cases from Nashua Telegraph and Granite Grok v. Belknap County.

ADVERTISEMENTS
When I was in Franconia last week I read about the lawsuit against the Littleton Selectmen who probably violated RSA 91-A for different reasons than the Franconia Selectmen but who likely violated it nonetheless. They called an illegal meeting to get the new police headquarters built but that is all on hold. Meanwhile the town of Nashua lost its case when they closed off a negotiations summit and my buddy Doug at Granite Grok noted that the NH Supreme Court slammed Belknap County and removed Sheriff Wiggin (real name) after an illegal meeting. Run Granite Grok as a search term on this blawg for the history.

There's a New Day coming in New Hampshire politics.

Against that backdrop I'm licking my chops to sue Martha McLeod in the middle of her Senate run for all of those emails regarding HB 1428 Bruce McKay highway, yah.
