Capital Punishment in Gotham

By S. COTUS

ADVERTISEMENTS

I know a lot of people on the Blawgospheric Interweb of  Law (BIOL) have been talking about capital punishment. The opinions go something like this:

  • More people should be killed by the government because if we don?t, kids will misbehave
  • Executions should be public and shown to school children.
  • Less people should be killed by the government, because executioners are nothing more than thugs on probation and dyslexic doctors, and hell, even France doesn?t execute people anymore and it is like brutal and stuff.
  • Every time Texas executes someone and angel get his wings.

Anyway, here is an account of what life is like on death row for the Joker. This will be the most constructive contribution to the death penalty debate since that guy?s head caught fire.
