Three DLA Piper partners join McDermott Will

Three DLA Piper partners joined McDermott Will's Los Angeles office as partners. All three focus on finance and restructuring work.

Gary Rosenbaum works on commercial finance, private equity and mezzanine investments, workouts and restructurings, venture lending and leasing and other commercial transactions.

Jean LeBlanc works on financing transactions of all kinds, including commercial loan transactions, restructurings and workouts.  He has been lead counsel for agents, lenders, venture capitalists and borrowers in connection with senior and subordinated loans and other financing transactions.

Adam Spiegel focuses on commercial finance, particularly structuring, negotiating and documenting secured and unsecured financing transactions, workouts and restructurings and debtor-in-possession financings.
