NSSTA's New Leadership

By Patrick Hindert

ADVERTISEMENTS

The National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA) has announced the election of Daniel Durbin as association President-elect. Durbin joins Christopher Diamantis, NSSTA President, and Joseph Ricci, NSSTA's new Executive Director, to form NSSTA's new leadership team.

S2KM has published historical coverage of NSSTA conferences - in addition to other settlement planning-related trade associations.

Most recently, S2KM has encouraged NSSTA to:

  • Address strategic industry issues;
  • Re-evaluate NSSTA and structured settlements in the context of:
    • Settlement planning; and
    • A "transitional" structured settlement market.

Based upon recent conversations with Diamantis, Ricci and Durbin, S2KM is optimistic NSSTA's new leadership team:

  • Understands NSSTA's challenges and opportunities; and
  • Is capable of thinking and acting differently than past NSSTA leadership.

Congratulations and good luck to Diamantis, Durbin, Ricci and NSSTA.
