Bar Prep - Day 19

By shell

ADVERTISEMENTS

Law school taught me how to weave black letter laws into a supernova.  By contrast, bar prep teaches me to condense a supernova into a dwarf star (Death Star).  It takes time to adjust to the reverse.

All the classes are still filled and people seem very motivated about staying on top of things and catching up on weekends for essay questions.  A few classmates talked about studying until the library closes, which makes me feel better because this means I am not the only person who has trouble finishing up work in six hours.  Bar prep addressed the same complaints I had.  What a relief to be part of the norm.

I am currently working on the second revision of condensed notes, but I am typing them instead of handwriting since my arm is killing me.  I can only ingest so many anti-inflammatory pills in a day, plus it is hard to write with an ice pack.  A persisting headache is keeping me from finishing my notes without taking a break, but I have no time to take a nap tonight.  Maybe over the weekend I will give myself a longer break.
