Two new partners at McKenna Long's San Diego office

1772 McKenna Long promoted Laurence Phillips and Rupa Singh to partner at their San Diego office, The Recorder reported.

Phillips joins their government contracts practice. He represents contractors, public entities, real estate developers, manufacturers and other clients and their sureties and insurers in the mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal of complex matters concerning government and private contract disputes, commercial disputes, lease disputes, real estate/land-use disputes and construction disputes.

1320Singh is a litigator who represents technology, services and manufacturing companies in complex civil and commercial litigation. She won the San Diego Bar Association's Service to Diversity award last year. When Singh was a litigation associate at Morrison & Foerster, she won several awards from the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program for her pro bono work.
