No Word Whether Lawsuit Will Be Filed After Deadly Car Accident

A teenage girl has been charged with vehicular homicide for her involvement in an automobile accident that killed another girl in 2007. Megan Cannon, eighteen years old, was charged after being arrested on Wednesday for the car crash that occurred more than nine months ago, which left Amy Larson, fourteen years old, dead. The prosecuting attorneys claim that Cannon was driving under the influence of alcohol when she lost control of the car she was driving. There is no word yet whether a wrongful death lawsuit will be filed over Amy?s death or if other passengers will file personal injury lawsuits in relation to the accident.
