We are looking for an experienced IP attorney to support our Actuation and Landing Systems businesses.

Responsibilities:
? Counsel business clients on all aspects of intellectual property law
? Manage intellectual property portfolios
? Provide IP training to technical and business staff members
? Prepare and negotiate agreements relating to intellectual property
? Coordinate and supervise outside counsel
? Assess ownership, validity and infringement issues relative to IP assets.
