Mountain Home Relocation Guide Subject of Arkansas Copyright Lawsuit

A copyright infringement lawsuit has been filed over a relocation guide. Ellis v. Black, No. 08-3025 (W.D. Ark., filed 5/30/08). According to the complaint, Ellis owns the copyright to Relocation Guide Mountain Home, Arkansas. Ellis temporarily gave Black permission to use the guide, but Black has continued to use the guide. The complaint was not accompanied with a motion for preliminary injunction. read more
