: Kentucky Law BlogTECH: "TechnoEsq Presentations" offers media presentation, computer consults, and digital documents for Kentucky lawyers (and Indiana and Ohio too, I suppose)
By Michael Stevens
I am pleased to post this announcement from Finis Price at www.TechnoEsq.com.
Finis and his staff are fantastic. When I did my first media presentation using Keynote from Apple, he gave me ideas that knocked my socks off. Techniques that are not self-evident, and even when I tried to duplicate one with an Apple trainer, I watched the most sincere and heartfelt compliment ever - the computer guru wrote it down in his book to remember. Keep in mind that I like to think I am computer proficient since I have been playing with computers since 1982!
A media presentation is more than a digital blackboard with talking points and bullets. It's a blending of law, evidence, art and technology, plus a touch of psychology in persuasion. But, I did not catch that unique mix until I saw what Finis was able to do with the computer.
TechnoEsq Presentations is now online and offers the small firm and solo an equalizer when dealing with the big firms and the insurance companies. However, it is more than just a slingshot for David in fighting the Goliaths in the courtroom and the mediation conference. In house computer techs and IT pro's do not have a monopoly on media presentations either and might need new and fresh ideas outside their usual and customary methods.
Louisville's lawyers, nay Kentucky and Southern Indiana and Ohio lawyers, now have a local source in the computer area.
Although the glitz and the glamor are in the media presentations, TechnoEsq offers more. Much more - computer forensics and expertise in this new world of digitized evidence and discovery. If you don't know about mining metadata, then maybe just maybe you will need a consult in your next case. If you need documents digitized, then make the call.
I have always looked at computers as the great equalizer for the smaller firms. Now, you have someone who can do the equalizing for you!
TechnoEsq Presentations
TechnoEsq is proud to announce the opening of TechnoEsq Presentations. TechnoEsq Presentations specializes in creating custom litigation presentations, computer forensics and digital solutions for your legal practice.
We have all seen the cost of presentations climb and effectively price themselves out of the ordinary case budget and our goal is to fill that void. TechnoEsq provides high-quality custom presentations for mediation and trial which, though tailored to your specific needs, will be affordable for you and your clients. This will give the digital edge to all of your cases no matter how big or small.
In addition to custom presentations and computer forensics, TechnoEsq provides digitization of almost any analog media, from micro-cassette and VHS tapes to photographs and X-rays. We will also shortly be providing a free resource for those seeking virtual assistants to hire on a contract or per job basis. Be sure to check it out at TechnoEsq Presentations and as we mentioned previously, TechnoEsq?s blog will be moving to TechnoEsq.com/blog and TechnoEsq.com will become the portal for all of the services we offer.
