Bar Pre - Day 10

On the way home from class, I bumped into a classmate.  S/he seemed calm and awake.  I asked him/her what is the secret for staying so serene.  S/he replied that “don’t think about the big picture.  Just take it one day at a time.”

I know about this philosophy.  Professors warned us in advance that this is a process and we ought to take it one day at a time.  Yet every night I toss and turn in my bed, unable to shut my mind off until 3-4 in the the morning.  Granted, I have not had a chance to adhere to my workout schedule due to the double duty I pulled last week, and perhaps this week it will be better than the last.

All the facts I have learned are floating on the surface.  I would reach and try to grab them but they just seem to bubble around without much cohesiveness.  When I would memorize one exception, others would pop up (applicable to MBE multiple choice questions).  It is daunting to spend a whole week committing hundreds of pages of information into the brain, only to find out that there are more hundreds of pages of information waiting to be read, memorized, understood, and applied.
