Inside with an Intern

ADVERTISEMENTS

jessicawrightHowdy, my name is Brad Bellah, and I am a summer intern for Congressman Conaway. I grew up in Throckmorton, Texas, and am now a senior at Texas Tech University majoring in ag. communications.

As an intern, I am able to get hands on experience on Capitol Hill. Not only do I give Capitol tours and sort constituent mail, but I am also able to attend briefings and see, first hand, Congress in action.

I am excited about this internship and hope to gain experience and knowledge about our Government. Who knows, maybe I will be back in DC after graduation? -Brad
