Receiving First Circuit Opinions Via E-Mail

By Chris Goddu

ADVERTISEMENTS
For all of our CJA panelists and other defense attorneys, I thought I would post a reminder of how you can receive First Circuit opinions via e-mail the day they are issued.

If you are not signed up for this service, you should. It is very easy: surf to the First Circuit website at this link, click on the Opinions tab, then click on the subsribe link and type in your e-mail address in the box provided.

It is that simple. You will then receive an e-mail on the day any opinions are issued. The e-mail will list the opinions. All you have to do is click on the opinion and a new window will open in your browser with the opinion in .pdf format.
