Class Action Lawsuit in Recalled Pet Food Case Settled in Hawaii

Honolulu, HI: Earlier today a class action lawsuit against pet food manufacturer Menu Foods was settled in the First Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, according to two Honolulu attorneys linked to the case. The class action lawsuit alleged that last year, Menu Foods was distributing tainted pet food to Hawaii pet owners.
