SCO's Dilemma - Update: Jan. 8 Hearing Transcript

By Pamela Jones et al.

ADVERTISEMENTS
Remember this cartoon, Fishing for Leverage, Ubersoft Help Desk cartoon from April of 2003? Was Christopher Wright a prophet or what?

I just noticed that it's licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 License, so let's add it to our permanent Groklaw collection, where it surely belongs. Then right after it, two screenshots from 2003 I found going through my collection, dating from the same time period, when SCO first announced SCOsource. In case anyone tries to argue that SCOsource wasn't about UNIX System V, here's some evidence that indeed it was. Remember those days?

Update: The hearing transcript [PDF] from Tuesday is available now.
