Laura Worsinger joins Dykema as of counsel

Laura_worsinger Laura Worsinger joined Dykema's Los Angeles office as of counsel.

Worsinger joins the firm's employment practice group, where she'll help clients in the manufacturing and financial service industries prepare personnel policies as well as strategies and draft employment agreements, consulting contracts and severance and contractor agreements.

Worsinger focuses particularly defending employers in discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, wage and hour, privacy and other employment-related proceedings.

She was previously at Buchalter Nemer. Before that she was an assistant director at the Federal Trade Commission and a staff attorney at J.C. Penny.
