Manatt adds three litigators from MoFo's closed O.C. office

Three Morrison & Foerster litigators joined Manatt Phelp's Orange County office. The move came shortly after MoFo's Orange County office closed, with the head of the office's litigation department and another partner leaving for Manatt. 

Marilyn D. Martin-Culver and Carole E. Reagan joined Manatt as of counsel.

Martin-Culver focuses on contract, business torts, real property and alternative dispute resolution. She was previously a name partner and co-founder of the firm Connor, Culver.

Reagan works on intellectual property matters including trademark, copyright, domain name and trade secret issues as well as complex business litigation and consumer class actions. She sits on the board of directors of the Public Law Center, a local pro bono service provider.

Adina L. Witzling joined the office as an associate. Witzling's practice involves a range of complex business litigation at the state and federal level, including consumer class actions, unfair competition, contract disputes and business torts. She is on the board of directors of the Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County and the O.C. chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
