: Legal Pad | LACorporate partner Craig Andrews leaves Heller Ehrman for DLA Piper

The managing partner of Heller Ehrman's San Diego office left the firm on Friday to join DLA Piper as a partner.
Craig Andrews is the fifth corporate partner formerly at Brobeck Phleger to leave Heller Ehrman since April.
From late 2006 to summer 2007, the office dropped from 25 corporate attorneys to 10 corporate partners and three associates.
The departure of the five Brobeck Phleger attorney constitutes a loss of more than a fifth of the total partners at the San Diego office and brings the corporate group down to two full-time partners and four associates, The Recorder reported.
