Shannon Torrez pleads no contest to kidnapping, assault

Torrez is the woman accused of slashing another woman's throat and stealing her newborn back in 2006 in Franklin County. The baby was recovered, and Mom survived. Prosecutor is recommending 30 years for Torrez.
