Three join Sheppard Mullin's Santa Barbara and Century City offices

Sheppard Mullin added Robin L. Lewis, Eric Klein and Jay Molloy to their Southern California offices.

Lewis joined the firm's Santa Barbara office as special counsel. She focuses on business, employment, condemnation and environmental litigation. Lewis was previously a partner at Hatch & Parent and spent 14 years as a psychotherapist before becoming an attorney.

Klein and Molloy both joined the corporate practice at Sheppard Mullin's Santa Barbara office as partner and special counsel, respectively. They both were previously at Katten Muchin, where Klein lead the firm's West Coast M&A and securities practices.

Klein represents privately held and publicly traded companies with negotiated and hostile acquisitions, cross-border acquisitions, going private transactions, venture capital financing and strategic partnering.

Molloy has assisted entrepreneurial and middle market companies for the past three decades.
