Thanks to Glom guest Don Clarke, here are the charts alluded to in my prior post.  (It's a matter of opening acrobat, using the snapshot tool, opening up a viewer like Paint, pasting the snapshot, saving the clipboard product as a jpeg, or exporting it to wherever you want it as one).  Don get the credit for technical knowhow, I get the blame for inferior cropping and sizing skills.  First, the ALJs:
