Anthony Ching joins Dykema's environmental practice

Anthony_ching Anthony Ching joined Dykema's Los Angeles office as of counsel.

Ching, previously had his own practice, joins the firm's environmental practice group, who represents automotive and oil manufacturers, pharmaceutical industries as well as lenders, developers, local governmental units and groups performing site cleanups.

Ching focuses on litigation and regulatory work related to major environmental legislation, including the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).

Ching is also a former Los Angeles County Public Commissioner and Treasurer of the California State Bar litigation section.
