Graham Lulich and Angela Lindgren, the parents of a young boy who died in a fire at his grandparents? home, have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Lulich?s parents. The grandparents were caring for 5-year-old Maxwell when fire broke out at their home last April. The lawsuit alleges the grandparents failed to properly extinguish the fire and failed to rescue Maxwell.
