Albany

Last time I went to Albany, I felt like one of the cattle, being herded into the Crowne Plaza to take the New York bar exam. It was nerve wracking and adrenaline-filled, and I hope I never have that feeling again. I couldn't sleep at all the night before, really. I just tossed and turned and thought about Real Property.

Massachusetts wasn't so bad though. It just felt like any other exam to me.

Tonight, I'm gonna chill, drink some wine, maybe go to the Cheesecake Factory. Watch some crappy TV.

Today it's the family road trip to get sworn in as a real_life_attorney, and barring any fuck ups, this time tomorrow, I'll be licensed to practice law. I'm excited, which I didn't expect. Of course, I was excited last Friday too, when J was supposed to be getting his fiance visa, and instead we were subjected to more random bureaucracy. So I hope this goes smoothly, so I can be Wicked Words, Esq. post haste.
