43 Kills, Vietnam and what? KingCast explains his strategy with Gregory W. Floyd and moves on to True Crime Weblog story proposal..

Am I really going to file suit or a criminal charge against Gregory W. Floyd?

Nah, but whom do you think he's staring at in this picture? And there is more than a colourable claim that he most certainly did lunge at me with that cane and that cane is a deadly weapon every day it is. No, my point in LEGALLY harassing him a bit with the lawful use of cameras was that I knew it would expose the fact that he is not a mentally stable individual as he professed to be, and as NH AG Kelly Ayotte would want him to be.

And he showed that in graphic detail, yah.

That having been said I'll be watching for the legal mechanisms I have set in place (Montminy's Affidavit, the U.S. Atty Floyd FOIA request/The original dash cam video analysis next week) to take hold while moving on to write a proposed post for True Crime Weblog at the suggestion of one of his contributors. Her cousin's husband was jacked up by a rogue cop just like Bruce McKay on 5/11/2007, the very same day that Bruce McKay was violating just about every Franconia Police Policy he could find. See one and two and three.

There are no coincidences in this World.

PS the story commences: "On the morning of 5/11 I awoke, did some morning sun salutations and wrote an entry praising NH AG Kelly Ayotte in a First Amendment case......."
