I've arrived (again)!!!

ADVERTISEMENTS
I'm so excited! First, two of my favorite bloggers put a link to my page on their blogs, but now Law v. Life tagged me! Although I'm not sure what a Meme is... Hey, I'm still new. :) Anyway, here I go tagging someone else. Lets see who reads this! Let's see... I'll tag Knocked Up (And in Law School)
, The Imbroglio, and Negligent Use of a Dangerous Mind.

1. Pick up the nearest book of 123 (or more) pages.
The Law of Torts, by Joseph Glannon (who, coincidentally, is also my Torts professor!)

2. Open the book to page 123 and find the 5th sentence.
Flynn is walking past a high-rise hotel when a beer mug falls on his head from one of the balconies above.

3. Post the next 3 sentences.
He sues the hotel for negligence. While entering an interstate highway, Daley is injured when a stray Volkswagen engine suddenly appears in the roadway in front of him, causing him to crash. There is no sign of an ailing Volkswagen to be found in the area.

4. Change only two words from you answer to #1 to create the title of a book you might write someday.
The Law of Lindsay

5. What is your favorite part of your answer to #2?
That Glannon actually gives examples such as a beer mug falling on a guy's head!

6. In one sentence interpret how your answer to #3 explains your love life.
Well, a hit and run definitely sounds pretty fitting! Sad, but true.

Thanks for the tag, LvL!
